Is my item returnable?
- Item must be 'significantly not as described' to be returnable.
- Please read my descriptions carefully, ask any questions you may have.
- We will gladly send additional scans or photos to you.
- We will accept returns with prior approval only. Buyer will cover all return shipping cost.
- We will issue a refund or store credit. PayPal or RME fees are not refundable.
Where is my item?
- We ship Monday-Friday at our local postal branch.
- Your order will be shipped 24-48 hours after receiving payment, excluding weekends & holidays.
- To keep cost down, we normally do not get tracking numbers.
- Postal delivery time is based on many things and is government operated.
- If you have not received your item within 10 days, please advise us.
- Our labels are bright yellow with large easily read computer print.
- I only mail to your registered address here. Please confirm for different destination in your Payment Notation box or email me asap!
- I'll email you when I mail your package - please add my email to your approved list.
